Family and Neighborhood Institute: $10,000 for educational programs for at-risk children in the Bottom Neighborhood of Wilmington

Guardian ad Litem Program : $3000.00fro the enrichment activities for children in legal custody of the Department of Social Services

New Hanover Council of PTA's: $7560.00 for Pearl Girl Academy, a program of violence prevention and personal responsibility for at-risk teen and preteen girls
